Welcome to KOFA-X ("we", "our", "us"). KOFA-X is a student-centered information ecosystem designed to provide reliable, structured, and accessible campus information.
By accessing or using KOFA-X (including kofax.site, app.kofax.site, and all related subdomains), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.
You must be a student or individual using the platform for educational or campus-related purposes, at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your region), and provide accurate information when required.
3. Use of the Platform
KOFA-X grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for accessing campus information, engaging with student communities, and using mini-projects and tools provided within the KOFA-X ecosystem.
Do not spread false or misleading information, impersonate individuals or institutions, attempt to hack or disrupt the system, or use KOFA-X for illegal or unauthorized activities.
4. User Content
Users may post or submit content. By submitting content, you retain ownership and grant KOFA-X a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute it within the platform. We reserve the right to remove content that violates guidelines.
5. Platform Availability
KOFA-X does not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update features, perform maintenance, or modify services at any time.
6. Third-Party Links
KOFA-X may contain links to external platforms. We are not responsible for content on external sites or privacy practices of third-party services.
7. Termination

Misinformation, harassment, hate speech, spam, security violations, and impersonation of staff, admins, or institutions are strictly forbidden.

KOFA-X reserves the right to remove violating content, restrict or ban users, and edit or flag misleading posts. Moderation aims to protect the integrity of student information.
